Offering in-person (Virginia) and teletherapy sessions to 43 states (PSYPACT-approved), including Virginia, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina. I offer evening sessions as well.
I’m a combat veteran and licensed clinical psychologist specialized in trauma, including combat-related trauma and moral injury. I work extensively with military service members, veterans, medical personnel, first responders, and adults facing stress, anxiety, grief, depression, and existential challenges.
I take a straightforward, human approach that builds on resilience and what’s helped you survive and succeed. We’ll work through what happened, break the loops that keep you stuck, and rebuild purpose, identity, and direction after hard experiences.
I currently accept VA Community Care Network (VA CCN), UnitedHealthcare/Optum (UHB), and self-pay clients. For clients using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that coverage, eligibility, and reimbursement rates vary by plan.
