About

Offering in-person (Virginia) and teletherapy sessions to 43 states (PSYPACT-approved), including Virginia, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina. I offer evening sessions as well. I’m a combat veteran and licensed clinical psychologist specialized in trauma, including combat-related trauma and moral injury. I work extensively with military service members, veterans, medical personnel, first responders, and adults facing stress, anxiety, grief, depression, and existential challenges. I take a straightforward, human approach that builds on resilience and what’s helped you survive and succeed. We’ll work through what happened, break the loops that keep you stuck, and rebuild purpose, identity, and direction after hard experiences. I currently do not accept insurance. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network clients and help with reimbursement. Please reach out with any questions, I'm happy to work with you to keep therapy affordable.
